A project like this does not come to fruition alone. I am so grateful to
my friend  Cheryl for her help in editing and formating this e-book.  
Her dedication to this project and her vision of offering this out to the
community, helped to keep this idea alive in me as well. I am also
grateful to my friend Britt who  designed the cover. She took a simple
title and transformed it into an image that captures the beauty, peace
and hope this book was meant to convey to the reader.  And as always,
I am grateful to my Teacher and Guide Who inspired these messages
